– This website has the option of canceling the reservation or altering it to another day or date.

The restaurant must register themselves on the website for using the platform
Restaurant Owner Dashboard:
– Dashboards are provided by this website to show all the sales, orders, exposure in graphical and pie chart representation.
– The dashboard will give the restaurant the report of one month till the time they will stop using this website
Live order tracking with live orders:
This website also has option named order which is further divided into 3 sub sections named,
1) New orders: All the new orders received by the restaurant comes under this section
2) Accepted orders: The new orders which are accepted by the restaurants comes under this section
3) Done: the orders that are completed or served comes under this section
Fully customizable restaurant page:

Tables Reservation System:
– All the information related to prebooking done by the customer will get show in the table reservation options, it has an option named status, this means the booking made by the customers is active, canceled or pending

-Restaurant can also set the promotions for the whole menu like offering 40% or 50% on the entire menu or it can be buy one get one free or it can be giving off on a single item like rice, burgers, sandwich etc.
– The promotions can be set by the restaurant they can decide the day they want this promotion to get run , they can alters the timings etc.
Direct Contact With the customer:
The restaurant also has an option of chat to get in touch with the customer directly. Customers have different preference like no mushroom, extra cheese etc.
Finance Management system:
– This website has an option named finances which shows a summary of finances. Like the total numbers of orders generated, the platform fee generated, VAT, NET, all the deliveries made, the total cost etc.
Sales Reporting:
– sales report can also be generated in this website, if restaurant want to generate a sales report of 1 month or 1 day can get it easily by putting the day, date, the name of restaurant etc.

Admin Dashboard

- Dashboard will show all the all the deliveries made in past 30 days, sales volume, no of unique users, exposure, delivery fee, static fee, dynamic fee,

- Sales volumes will get show in graphical representation, it will show which month has increase or decrease in sales total number of orders will represent in pie chart form, this will indicate which month has least order which month has large number of orders

Order Management

- Admin will have access of all the orders being generated like the time, the day, the date, the customer who ordered, the restaurant whose food customer ordered, different ID is provided to different orders and the rider who delivered the order, the delivery cost, the total cost of the order.

Riders Live Locations

Admin will also have the access to rider's locations, in case any orders get late

Clients Data

Admin panel has an option named clients, this means all the customer who order from different restaurant and the total amount, delivery cost etc. will show under this option

Restaurant Data

Then we have this restaurant option, all the restaurants that are registered on this website will show under this option.

Manage Promotions or Deals:

Admin also have the right to give promo codes or offers to their customers.

Transparency in Reviews

All the reviews given by the customers can be seen by the admin, admin has the right to delete any review.

Manage Finances

This website has an option named finances in which platform fee, processor fee, delivery income, platform profit will get show
